A differentiated urban approach for a compact district with a high potential of interaction manifests itself in a specific typology of urban free spaces: the central district park as a generous open space with lawn areas and tree surrounded places; two public places located to the subway stations, promenades, common land with a vegetation typology, a green line for a direct connection between north and south with topographic lawn inlays. The wind park with an extensive heath on the rooftop of the urban road as well as a flexible ribbon next to the subway as well as under the bridge provide recreation areas on covered spaces.
